The Lakes of Coppell Owners Association’s annual meeting is a yearly gathering in March for all members to vote on electing board and architectural committee members, approve previous year’s annual meeting minutes, and discuss community issues and plans. During the meeting, the board presents the previous year’s financial reports, accomplishments, and outlines future projects. Homeowners can ask questions, hear about the association’s performance, and stay engaged in their community’s governance.

Approximately 60 days prior to the annual meeting, a Call for Candidates will be mailed to the community soliciting interested candidates for open positions.  Following, the written notice of the meeting is typically mailed 30 days in advance, to inform members of the meeting date and purpose.
