The Lakes of Coppell Homeowners Association has established a fund to assist residents with the costs associated with neighborhood social activities. If you are organizing a social event within your LOC community and wish to request financial support, please complete the application form provided above and submit it to CMA. CMA will then forward your application to the Board members for their review and consideration.

The Architectural Review Committee online submission form must be completed for any anticipated exterior modification to your home. Please review the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) and Design Guidelines for Lakes of Coppell to find detailed requirements for your project.
While you know your project well, the Architectural Review Committee does not. Provide specific and detailed information in your submission to avoid questions and delays.
Directions:
Once you sign into your account, select “See All” under Architectural Requests, and complete the application. After successfully submitting your request, it will be visible on this page while being reviewed by the ACC Committee. Once the ACC Committee approves or denies the request, the status will change accordingly.
