2023 Annual Meeting

The 2023 Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023. At this meeting, members will be elected to the Board of Directors each for a term of two (2) years and to the Architectural Review Committee each for a term of one (1) year.

The purpose of this page is to solicit volunteers to become candidates for the Lakes of Coppell Board of Directors and the Architectural Review Committee. If you are interested in running for a position, please complete the Candidate Questionnaire(s) and return to: CMA, 1800 Preston Park Blvd., Ste. 101, Plano, TX 75093. You may also fax it to (214) 778-0550 or email to planoadmin@cmamanagement.com.

Forms must be received no later than Monday, February 13, 2023. Shortly after the February 13h closing date, ballots will be mailed to all homeowners along with the official notice of the meeting.

(Candidate forms received after February 13th will not be included on the Absentee Ballot.)

A successful and vibrant community relies on committed volunteers to serve as members of the Board of Directors and Architectural Review Committee. Lakes of Coppell Board and ARC Members work closely with the Association Manager to serve your fellow neighbors while protecting and enhancing the assets of the community. Whether you plan to run for one of the open positions or not, please be sure to mark your calendar for Thursday, March 30th and join your neighbors at the 2023 Lakes of Coppell Annual Meeting to be held at the William T. Cozby Library, 177 N. Heartz Road, Coppell, TX 75019.
